Directions

Combine Aperol, gin, grapefruit juice and wine in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds.

Strain into a wine glass with ice and orange slice.

Float the butterfly pea water on top of the drink.

Top with soda water and enjoy!
